These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Easy Peasy Regnskap AS’s services and software ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

This Service is intended for business use only (B2B). You must be authorized to act on behalf of a company. We do not allow use by individuals under the age of 18.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • We offer 6-month and 12-month subscription plans, billed per company.
  • Each plan includes a 30-day free trial.
  • All payments are final. We do not offer refunds.
  • You may cancel your subscription via the user dashboard at any time.

5. User Content

You may upload content such as receipts and documents. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of this content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for spamming, scraping, or illegal purposes
  • Use bots or automated systems to access the Service
  • Upload malicious or harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

All content and technology provided by Easy Peasy Regnskap AS is owned or licensed by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of our Service without permission.

8. Availability

While we aim to provide continuous access, we do not guarantee uptime or service levels. We are not liable for any losses caused by temporary outages or disruptions.

9. Termination

You may cancel your plan at any time via the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be resolved under Norwegian jurisdiction.
